Meet The Doctors


Dr. Tousant Plunkett

Dr. Tousant Plunkett is currently an associate general dentist at BGR Dental in West Palm Beach, FL.  He attended Lake Worth Community High School in Lake Worth, FL. While there, he was a member of Lake Worth Highs Medical Magnet Program and had the opportunity to explore the different career paths available in the health field. After a presentation on the profession of dentistry an interest was sparked and his journey to become a dental professional began.

Dr. Plunkett attended the University of Florida where he received a bachelor’s degree in Health Science. While there, he was a member of the Minority Association of Pre-Health Students. He also served as treasurer for College of Public Health and Health Professions student council.

In December of 2011, Dr. Plunkett was accepted to Rutgers School of Dental Medicine where he later graduated as a Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2016.

After dental school, he completed a 1 year residency program in general dentistry at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.

Dr. Plunkett enjoys combining his desire to help others with the art and technical nature of dentistry. He looks forward to growing with the profession and striving to achieve BGR’s mission of being committed to the oral health of its patients! 


Dr. Chung Lee

Dr. Chung Lee was born in South Korea and moved to Fayetteville, NC at the age of ten. He completed his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his dental degree from the UNC School of Dentistry and completed Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at the Fayetteville Veterans Affairs Medical Center. During his advanced training, Dr. Lee honed his skills in implant surgery, root canal treatment, extraction, crowns & bridges, and dentures. 

In his free time, Dr. Lee enjoys cooking, reading non-fiction books, and watching TV shows and movies. He is an avid Tar Heels fan when it comes to basketball.

Dr. Donald Fox

Orthodontist

Dr. Donald Fox is an award winning orthodontist and member of our dental team. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Fox is a noted expert in the orthodontic field, having successfully treated over 15,000 patients. He graduated from the University of Richmond, where he studied how visible light could be used to repair damaged bacterial DNA. Dr. Fox took his passion for research to dental school where he graduated #1 in his class of 115 students. In 1987, Dr. Fox conducted the earliest research on permanent retainers and the innovative blue light cured glues that have become a dental industry standard. He also won the highest award, the Harry Sicher Award, given by the American Association of Orthodontists for his research into birth defects from mothers consuming Tylenol.

As a strong believer in early preventative orthodontic care through surgical and non-surgical means, Dr. Fox has developed his own unique thumb-sucking cessation treatment plan for children and adults. Approximately 10 percent of Americans between age 2 and 30, about 2.4 million children, suck their thumbs. His soon to be released book is concentrated on how to stop thumb sucking.

Since entering private practice, Dr. Fox has written over 480 articles related to training staff in dentistry as well as producing more than 120 educational videos, all of which have helped thousands of people. The first visit for your child should be age 6 since Dr. Fox is an expert in early treatment!

Adults also enjoy Dr. Fox’s expertise in Invisalign, which he has over 18 years of success with thousands of patients.
